Star Wars Procession at the 2007 Rose Parade

Happy New Year folks! As mentioned in a previous post, I went to the Rose Parade and took lots of pictures, especially of this year’s Grand Marshall, George Lucas, and the kickass Star Wars-themed procession.
Also, true to my word, my boyfriend and I brought our lightsabers (much to the chargin of his parents, who were with us). When the floats came by, we fired up our lightsabers, causing the people around us to laugh- with us, not at us (I hope!)
Anyway, I’ve uploaded the pictures onto Flickr (no, I didn’t take a pic of my boyfriend and me holding the lightsabers in full nerdy glory) and I hope you enjoy them! I also took some videos, but I don’t know how they turned out yet, so hopefully I’ll post them on YouTube later.
