Warner Home Video’s Upcoming HD-DVD Releases

Warner Home Video is planning on releasing some current and older films in HD-DVD format. Some fan favorites include The Matrix trilogy, the Harry Potter series, Ocean’s 11 and 12. Older films include classics such as Bullitt and The Getaway.
As for 2006 films on HD-DVD, on February 13, Warner Home Video will be releasing The Departed. Future releases (though the dates haven’t been announced yet) include Happy Feet, Blood Diamond, We are Marshall, and Wicker Man.
Looks like my HD-DVD library is about to grow a little bigger soon. I’ve been waiting for The Matrix to come out on HD-DVD, but just the first film. The sequels suck the bag. Mayhaps I may pick up Ocean’s 11 as well. Again, just the first film since the sequel was not as good.
