I really, really hate spoilers so I try my very best not to put any when I review movies. As far as "Superman Returns" is concerned, I don't think the story is adapted from any existing Superman comic books, with the exception of using the main characters and settings (Lois Lane, Lex Luthor, The Daily Planet office etc). I don't know much about the plot except that it takes place about 5 years after Superman 2 (they've decided to rightfully ignore the events from the ultracrappy Parts 3 and 4), and there are some surprises in the people in Superman's life that I won't reveal. Since Bryan Singer did such a great job with the first 2 X-Men movies (especially Part 2 IMO), I am sure that he did well with "Superman Returns". Looking forward to it! Thanks Damon!
